The Information Exchange project is about young people from across the Highlands exchanging advice and information with each other.

The Exchange is a magazine for young people across the Highlands giving advice about being young, leaving home and moving on.  It is produced by young people in the Inverness and Easter Ross area.The magazine aims to cover a range of information relevant to young people in the Highlands; including housing, health, money and careers advice.

The Leaving Home in the Highlands website is also part of the Information Exchange project. It aims to provide information and advice, opportunities to access other services, as well as a chance to speak to us or each other through our forum!
