
A little bit of stress is good for everyone. It is our natural reaction to anything that makes a demand on us. However, if your stress level begins to snow-ball it may be a sign you may have to make some changes to certain aspects of your life.

Relax. There are a number of ways in which you can relax. For example, you make time for yourself and read a book or magazine for half and hour, or listen to your favourite band.
Eat a healthy, balanced diet. Too much processed food, salt, sugar, alcohol and caffeine can leave you feeling drained and edgy.
