Sexuality

All young people have the right to feel comfortable and confident in their sexuality whether they are heterosexual, gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender.

You should always feel safe and happy in the sexual relationship you are in, so this is a place where you can get all the information you need if you are on the verge of your first sexual experiences.  This section also aims to help you continue feeling comfortable with your sexuality through your adult years.

'Coming Out'
'Coming out' as being gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender (LGBT) can be a daunting, scary experience for some people so this section is here to help you through this part of your life.  Before we go on to speak about 'coming out' let's make one thing clear - whether you are gay, straight, lesbian, bisexual or transgender you are you, and you should be happy in yourself.

'Coming Out'
The first person you have to come out to is yourself.
