  Bread, Potatoes, Breakfast & other Cereals

 

   

   Fruit & Vegetables

 

 

 
  Milk and Dairy Foods 

 

 

Meat, Fish, Eggs, Beans, Pulses & Nuts

 

 

 

       

 Foods High in Fat and/or Sugar

  

 
These groups are arranged in order of which should be eaten most often.  The first two groups should be eaten most, the next two groups should be eaten in moderation and foods in the last group should be eaten least often.

Little Things You Can Do To Keep Healthy...

  

Don't add any extra salt to your meal

 

 

 

Try and have semi-skimmed milk now & again.
