First Aim - Staying Healthy
If we are active for just one hour a day, 5 days a week then we are doing enough to stay healthy.
You don't have to be active for one hour straight, you can make up your hours worth of activity throughout the day.
 

Second Aim - Getting Fit
To get fit you need to get sweaty!...
Work up a sweat - or get slightly out of breath - doing whatever you fancy 3 times a week, for 20 minutes each time.

It's all well and good knowing how much exercise is good for you, but it is always that little bit more appealing to just stay curled up on the sofa, or to sit around chatting with friends, than it is to get yourself up and moving about!  So let's get motivated!!

I am trying to get back into exercising but finding it hard to figure out a routine. Anyone got any idea's on work out's or anything?

I think its best to exercise every two days. If you do it every day you just tire yourself out!
