Christmas Fete 2008Our Christmas Fete was held on the 6th December at the Old High Church Hall in Inverness. Here are some pictures from the day:
For the past 7 weeks young people from three local high schools have been attending groups where they have been making many different felt products, Christmas cards & decorations. We were selling their products at the fete, and the stall was very popular with everyone who came along.
The Number 1 group made a wide range of different products. Including, Christmas Cards & Decorations; Mobile Phone carriers; Draft Excluders; Cushion Covers; Baby Booties; Tea Cosies.
We have also produced a Calendar for 2009. We had a competition asking young people to send us their photos with the subject of leaving home and the transition into adult life. Click here to see the winning photos, and place an order for our calendar!
Ann Wyllie was also there selling her knitting products.
The Calman cooking group provided us with a lovely pan of soup, as did Alison Spriggs & Fiona Brown.
We also had a full stall of baking!
T-Shirt Printing
